This is the class for any Toddler who is ready to socialize and strengthen their motor skills. Your child’s coordination will greatly improve through being part of our program. Our movements focus on alignment, and posture and are infused into the children’s natural movements that include standing, rolling, walking and jumping and will thus improve their coordination. This will make your child become a balanced athlete and be more agile for other future sports/activities.
This is the starting point for our youngest students interested in learning Jiu-Jitsu. The physical and mental benefits of doing Jiu Jitsu include: increased focus, discipline, strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, artistry and character development. Practicing Jiu Jitsu at any level positively affects kids self-esteem, confidence and allows them to problem solve better and builds their overall awareness. Starting them early will give them goals and objectives to accomplish, and will guide them towards a life of success.
This class is focused on a high level of technique and discipline with an emphasis on anti-bullying and self-defense. Sparring and drilling are part of every class to help the students apply their techniques in real life situations. We use martial arts as a medium to positively influence your child and strengthen their focus, discipline, strength, agility, flexibility, endurance, artistry and character development skills. Students in this class work hard to be invited to the Gi class and train Jiu-Jitsu at a higher skill level.
We offer Adults Gi and No Gi classes through out the week. Come discover the physical and mental benefits of Jiu-Jitsu at the highest elevation training in Southern California. Our team prides itself on our hard work and have a spot in our academy for students at all levels. Any age and any body type are always welcomed and encouraged to start immediately to receive Jiu-Jitsu's benefits. Starting Jiu-Jitsu can be a little nerve racking for adults but anyone can start Jiu-Jitsu and practice it at their own pace and skill level. Injuries are uncommon as Jiu-Jitsu is known as the gentle art and flows similar to water when practiced correctly. In our facility we encourage friendship and team-building opposed to many "MMA type" training facilities.

Working out is fun, but can your fitness program also offer the ingredients to turn you into a warrior? Every posture and movement in our program will not only help you reach fitness goals but will also give you the confidence and techniques to connect with your higher self. Here you will reach the fitness levels of a martial artist, and be trained to be situationally aware of your surroundings. You will develop the skills to defend yourself and your family all while loosing weight, and reaching fitness goals. Healthy Eating, meditation, goal setting, and breathing are also a core attribute of this program.
